These Terms of Service govern your use of BluCollarAI ("Service"), operated by BluCollarAI ("we", "us", "our"), located in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. By subscribing to our Service, you agree to these terms.

BluCollarAI is offered on a monthly subscription basis. Plans are billed in Canadian dollars (CAD) at the rate displayed at the time of purchase:

Subscriptions renew automatically each month. You may cancel at any time by emailing hello@blucollarai.ca. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

Each subscriber is assigned a dedicated Canadian phone number provisioned through Twilio. This number remains active for the duration of your subscription. Upon cancellation, the number will be released. We cannot guarantee number portability.

5. AI-Generated Content

The AI responses generated by our Service are automated and may not always be perfectly accurate. You are responsible for reviewing your AI's conversations and ensuring the information communicated to homeowners is accurate, including rebate amounts which may change over time.

6. Limitation of Liability

BluCollarAI is provided "as is." We are not liable for any lost leads, missed bookings, or business losses arising from Service interruptions, AI errors, or telecommunications failures. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid in the last 30 days.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time with no penalty by contacting hello@blucollarai.ca.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Calgary, Alberta.

Privacy Policy

BluCollarAI is committed to protecting your privacy and the privacy of your customers. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

We do not sell your data or your customers' data to any third party.

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored on servers located in Toronto, Canada (Vultr Cloud). SMS conversation history is stored in Redis with a 24-hour rolling window. Client account data is stored in a PostgreSQL database with regular backups.

5. CASL Compliance

Our Service sends automated text messages to homeowners who have called your business number. By using our Service, you confirm that your business practices comply with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) and that you have appropriate consent to send automated messages to your customers.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, email hello@blucollarai.ca. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Data Retention

We retain contractor account data for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days after cancellation. Homeowner SMS conversation data is retained for 24 hours in active memory and is not stored permanently.
